Terms of Service

In force from October 7, 2026. These are the ground rules for using printrunbrief.avocat-fr.com. If you use the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who may use the site

Anyone aged 13 or over who is allowed to enter a binding agreement. By using the site you say that applies to you.

What you may do

Read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with credit and a link back for commentary, criticism or news. Use what you learn from our guides about commercial printing, custom apparel and promotional products for your own purposes.

What you may not do

  • Copy, republish or sell our articles, images or layout without written permission.
  • Scrape the site in a way that burdens our servers, or try to break into any part of it.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with other readers’ use of the site.
  • Impersonate someone, or misrepresent who you are or whom you work for.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful.

Who owns what

PrintRun Brief and its licensors own the articles, graphics and design, which are protected by copyright and trademark law. Other companies’ names and marks that appear here belong to them and are used only to identify them.

Comments and messages

If comments are enabled, you keep ownership of what you write but give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish and moderate it. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive, off-topic or promotional. What readers write does not represent our views.

Ads and links to other sites

The site shows third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not control them, cannot vouch for them, and are not responsible for what you do there.

No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or any damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
